If you're unable to view your XLM balance or the option to send crypto to other exchanges in your Vesseo account, please, follow these steps to activate Crypto Mode and unlock additional features:
- Log in to your Vesseo account.
- Click on your profile icon located in the top right corner of your screen.
- Select "Preferences".
- Choose "Crypto mode".
- Enable Crypto mode by toggling the switch button:
The crypto mode shows additional functionality related to the Stellar blockchain. With this feature enabled, you will be able to:
- View your Stellar Lumens (XLM) balance
- Send to a Stellar address
- Send to crypto exchanges
