If you purchased a gift card through our partner Bidali but haven’t received it yet, here’s what you should know:
Processing times
Due to the number of transactions waiting to be validated on the Stellar network, it may take anywhere from a few seconds up to 24 hours for your transaction to be confirmed.
Once your transaction is verified, your gift card will be delivered automatically to the email address you provided.
In some cases, if processing takes too long and due to cryptocurrency value volatility, Bidali may choose to issue you a refund instead of completing the delivery.
