If you purchased a gift card through our partner Bidali but haven’t received it yet, here’s what you should know:

Processing times

  • Due to the number of transactions waiting to be validated on the Stellar network, it may take anywhere from a few seconds up to 24 hours for your transaction to be confirmed.

  • Once your transaction is verified, your gift card will be delivered automatically to the email address you provided.

  • In some cases, if processing takes too long and due to cryptocurrency value volatility, Bidali may choose to issue you a refund instead of completing the delivery.
