This guide will walk you through the entire process of completing the KYC verification for the Bridge Virtual Account in USD inside the Vesseo app.

Prerequisites

  • Latest version of the Vesseo app installed

  • Valid government-issued photo ID (e.g., ID card, driver’s license, passport, or residence permit)

  • Full residential address and national identification number (e.g., CPF)

  • Well-lit environment for document photos (and selfie if requested)

Step-by-Step Instructions

  1. Open the Vesseo App
    On the home screen, under ADD, tap U.S. Bank Transfer (Bridge)

  2. Proceed to Bridge Verification
    On the screen “On the Bridge.xyz platform”, tap Continue

  3. Accept Terms and Conditions
    On the screen “This application uses Bridge…”, review the Terms of Service and Privacy Policy
    Tap Accept to proceed

  4. Start Verification
    On the “Start Verification” screen, select your preferred language (bottom of the screen)
    Tap Start Verification

  5. Enter Country of Residence
    Select the country where you currently live and tap Select

  6. Provide Basic Information
    Enter your first name, last name, date of birth, national ID number, and full address
    Tap Continue

  7. Complete Required Submissions
    Under Required Submissions, finish Basic Information (✔️), then tap Government ID

  8. Select Document Type
    Choose the country where your ID was issued
    Tap Upload a photo ID and select the type of document (ID card, passport, etc.)

  9. Upload ID Photos
    Follow instructions to take clear photos of both the front and back of your document (no glare, no cuts)

  10. Selfie Verification (if requested)
    Take a selfie following the on-screen instructions

  11. Submit Documents
    Review all the details and photos, then submit
    The “We’re verifying your identity” screen will appear while processing

  12. Approval
    Most verifications are completed within minutes, but in some cases, it may take longer
    Once approved, your Virtual Account in USD will be activated in the Vesseo app, and you will see your bank account details for ACH/Wire deposits

Useful Notes

  • ACH deposits have a 1.0% fee and are credited directly as USDC into your account

  • No account opening or monthly fees

Tips to Avoid Rejection

  • Use the exact name as it appears on your ID document

  • Ensure clear photos without flash or glare; the full document must be visible

  • Only submit valid (not expired) documents

  • Enter your full residential address, including street, number, neighborhood, city, state, and ZIP code

  • Do not use a VPN during the process; ensure a stable internet connection (Wi-Fi or mobile data)

Troubleshooting

If the process freezes or the Bridge option does not appear:

  • Close and reopen the app

  • Restart your device

  • Update the Vesseo app to the latest version

  • Clear the app cache/data (depending on your device)

  • Temporarily disable VPN or antivirus software

  • Try a different network (Wi-Fi or mobile data) or another device
