Terms and Conditions of the Vesseo World Cup Challenge

1. Requirements

Be a registered Vesseo user, have full identity verification completed, and reside in Argentina. Only participants who meet the following requirements will qualify for the Vesseo World Challenge reward: 

• Stages: Complete the four stages of the challenge during the campaign validity period. 
  • Make 3 deposits using Mi Alias or CVU (minimum ARS $1,000) from Vesseo provided through Alfred Pay.
  • Make 2 QR payments from the Vesseo app.
  • Make at least 1 bill payment from the Vesseo app.
  • Move at least 10 USDC from the basic account to the Yield account and keep them there for 3 days.

Challenge Validations and Exclusions

Only credited deposits, QR payments and bill payments that are correctly settled/credited as successful, and the transfer of at least 10 USDC correctly credited to the Yield account and kept there for 3 uninterrupted consecutive days will be considered valid for completing the challenge. 

Deposits made to other accounts or through different mechanisms will not be considered for completing this challenge. False, repeated, simulated, artificial transactions, or transactions made solely to manipulate the campaign results are not allowed. QR payments must correspond to legitimate transactions carried out at valid merchants. 

Vesseo reserves the right to review, validate and, at its sole discretion, reject any actions performed before granting any reward.

2. Campaign Period

The campaign will run from 12:00 AM ART on June 10, 2026 until 11:59 PM ART on July 19, 2026. Only actions completed within this period will be considered valid for the challenge 

3. Campaign Details

The Vesseo World Challenge is made up of four stages:

Stage Progression Rules

Users must complete all four stages to qualify for the final reward. The stages are progressive and cumulative. Users must complete each stage to unlock the next one. Actions carried out before a stage is unlocked will not be considered for completing that stage and must be performed again once it is enabled. 

Final Stage Specifications

For the Final stage to be considered complete, the user must maintain a balance equal to or greater than 10 USDC in the Vesseo Yield account, based on the Blend Protocol on the Stellar network, for a minimum and uninterrupted period of 3 consecutive days counted from the transfer date. If funds are withdrawn or the balance drops below 10 USDC during that period, the condition will not be considered fulfilled. 

The campaign will remain active until July 19. If the movement of the 10 USDC to the Yield account is made within the campaign period, validation of this requirement may be completed after the closing date.

Costs and Fees

Costs, commissions, network fees, processing expenses, or any other charges associated with carrying out the required actions to participate in the campaign will be fully borne by the user. Under no circumstances will such amounts be part of the reward or be compensated, reimbursed, or refunded by Vesseo. 

4. Reward

The first 500 users who correctly complete all four stages of the Vesseo World Challenge will receive a reward of 30 USDC credited to their Vesseo account within 7 business days after completing the campaign. The reward is limited to one per user, and reward availability is subject to the total limit established for the campaign. 

5. Crediting Process

Rewards will be automatically credited to the accounts of qualified users within 7 business days after they complete the campaign or once the corresponding validation process has been completed. 

Vesseo reserves the right to verify compliance with all requirements before making any credit. If suspicious, fraudulent activity or activity that violates these Terms and Conditions is detected, the reward may be withheld or canceled. 

6. General Terms and Conditions

1. The first 500 users will be determined based on the completion records stored in Vesseo’s systems. In the event of discrepancies or disputes, Vesseo’s internal records will be considered the official source for validating completion of the challenge and reward eligibility. 
2. Each participant may participate with only one Vesseo account. Duplicate accounts, fraudulent or automated activity, or any attempt to manipulate the campaign’s operation will result in the participant’s immediate disqualification and loss of any right to receive the reward. 
3. Vesseo reserves the right to modify, suspend, cancel, or extend the campaign at any time for operational, technical, regulatory, or force majeure reasons. Participants are responsible for any tax obligations that may arise from receiving the reward. To receive the reward, users must keep their account active and their identity verification approved. 
4. Employees, officers, directors of Sunship Inc., its parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, suppliers, contractors, consultants, and immediate family members, as well as people living in the same household, may not participate in this promotion. Participants’ personal data will be processed in accordance with Vesseo’s Privacy Policy.

• Vesseo will never request passwords, access keys, or payments to grant a reward.
