How do I send funds to a Vesseo contact?

Sending funds to your contacts on Vesseo is quick and easy. Here’s everything you need to know:

To send funds to a Vesseo contact:

1. Log in to your Vesseo account.

2. Tap the Send icon at the bottom of the screen.

3. Search for the contact using their name, phone number, username, or email address.

4. Select the correct user (make sure to confirm with the recipient that it’s their account).

5. Tap Send to [User].

6. Choose the asset you want to transfer.

7. Enter the amount and select Review.

8. Double-check all transaction details (recipient’s name, amount, username).

9. Tap Confirm.

10. Done! Your funds have been sent.

Can I send the funds even if they are not in my contacts?

Yes! You can still send funds using their name, username, phone number, or email address.

How long does it take for the funds to arrive?

Transfers between Vesseo accounts are processed instantly. In some cases, it may take a few minutes for the funds to appear in the recipient’s account.

What if I sent funds to the wrong person?

Transactions on Vesseo are instant and final. Once funds are sent, the transaction cannot be canceled, modified, or reversed.

Always double-check the details before confirming a transaction. It is the sender’s responsibility to make sure the information is correct.

How can I check the status of my transaction?

Go to your Transaction History by tapping the clock icon at the bottom of the screen.

How will the recipient be notified?

The recipient will receive a pop-up notification confirming the funds were credited to their account.
