When using Vesseo, you may receive emails or SMS codes at different times:

  • Verification email or SMS code: Sent each time you log in, to confirm your identity.

  • Confirmation email: Sent the first time you link your email to your Vesseo account.

If you haven’t received one of these, please try the following:

  1. Check your spam or junk folder: Sometimes our messages are filtered there.

  2. Search for “Vesseo”: Use your email’s search bar to locate the message.

  3. Check your phone connection (for SMS codes): Make sure your mobile signal is stable and SMS messages are enabled.

  4. Resend the code or email: Try again from the app to generate a new one.
